Network Technician with a Passion for Automation

We are looking for a network technician with a strong interest in automation for our Operations & Infrastructure unit!

About the Job

  • exploring and implementing automation ideas for our area (Think “Infrastructure as Code”)
  • maintaining and developing our existing IT infrastructure

Your Profile

To thrive in the role of network technician with us, it is important that you have good analytical and problem-solving skills. Furthermore, we see that you are curious, responsible, and performance-oriented. We are looking for someone who has

  • At least three years of work experience in some of the following network areas: switching, routing, load balancing, WLAN, firewalls, and physical hardware for office networks
  • Relevant education/knowledge or work experience in technical system development in, for example, Python and Ansible, as well as version control with, for example, Git
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is a merit if you have experience with Atlassian's product suite (Jira, Bitbucket/Git, Confluence)

Good to Know

The position is a permanent full-time employment and we apply a 6-month probationary period.

The position can be located in Stockholm or Luleå, which are the core locations of the IT department. The work will involve travel to our offices across the country. In Luleå, we are located in brand new premises at Porsön near Science Park adjacent to the university. Our office in Stockholm is close to Hornstull subway station.

The employment may be placed in a security class.
